I’m the CEO and founder of The Real Estate Edit, one of the largest education, marketing, and community platforms for women in real estate.

For the past several years, I’ve helped thousands of agents simplify their marketing, build smarter systems, and create more consistent income - without relying on hustle or outdated tactics. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and sustainability, because success in real estate shouldn’t require burnout.

Is this summit for me?

Yes - whether you’re newer to real estate or have years of experience under your belt, there’s something here for you. The Women In Real Estate Summit features a mix of foundational concepts, strategic deep dives, and advanced conversations, so you can meet the content where you are. Some sessions will help you solidify the basics, while others are designed to stretch your thinking and show you what’s possible next. No matter your experience level, you’ll walk away with clarity, fresh perspective, and ideas you can apply immediately.

When is the summit happening?

The live summit is Monday, February 23-Thursday, February 26, 2026. We start at 8am (est) on Monday morning and keep the party going through 5pm (est) on Thursday.

What if I'm not able to attend live?

There is ✨ magic ✨ that happens when you attend the summit live but we know that life (and your business) can pop up during the week! That's why you have access to all presentations for 24 hours before they go into the VIP vault.

The All Access Pass is your ticket access unlimited replays, bonus content PLUS special live breakout sessions with coaches that are only available to VIPs.

How long will I have access to the presentations?

Presentations will go live each day at 9am (est) and you will have 24 hours to watch those presentations. After the 24 hours is up, the presentations will go into the vault and the only way to access them is with the All Access Pass that gives you lifetime access to all presentations.

What happens after I register for my free ticket?

As soon as you register for your free ticket a welcome email with next steps will be sent your way. This email will have next steps, links, how to access the event Facebook group & more important information you'll need to make the most of the summit.
